This site sets no cookies and loads no fonts or images from other providers. It counts visits, without cookies and without identifying you (below), and the investor area, also described below, counts what is read there and says so before anything is shown.

When you open this site

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, delivers the site for us, as our processor under a data processing agreement. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data: your IP address, the time, the address you opened and your browser's identifier. We keep no logs of our own. Data may reach the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a site that is delivered safely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Counting visits

To know how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. For this your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't identify you by your IP address or your browser: it counts page views, the page a visit came from, the country, the kind of browser and device, and how fast the page loaded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The investor area

We send investors a personal link to our materials. When you open it, we record when you opened them, which slides you looked at and for how long, and whether you downloaded the PDF, together with the link we sent you. We know which person or firm we sent each link to. We store no IP address and nothing about your device.

A cookie keeps you in the area for 30 days, so the link works again without asking. It holds only your link's code and is needed for access, so it needs no consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

We use this to know who has seen our materials and to follow up on our conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a dialogue with investors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The records are kept with Cloudflare inside the EU and deleted 12 months after our last contact, or earlier if you ask. You can object at any time: write to us, and we delete them.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, when you joined, your browser's language, and the code of the link you came through, if there was one (a creator's, for example). First we send you one email to confirm your address. Once you've confirmed it, we use it only to send you your invitation. We send you nothing else.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time: write to us, and we delete your entry. The list is kept with Cloudflare inside the EU, and Cloudflare also sends the emails. To keep anyone from signing up addresses in bulk, Cloudflare counts the sign-ups from each IP address for one minute; the IP address isn't stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a list free of abuse). An address nobody confirms is deleted 30 days after we sent the email to confirm it. We delete your entry once you've accepted your invitation, at the latest 12 months after we sent it, or earlier if you ask.

When you write to us

If you email us or use the contact form on the imprint page, we use what you send only to answer you, and delete it once the matter is settled and no law requires us to keep it. The form stores nothing on this site: it sends your message and your email address to our inbox as an email, through Cloudflare's email service. As with the waitlist, Cloudflare counts the messages from each IP address for one minute to stop bulk sending; the IP address isn't stored.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or restricted, take it with you, and object to its use. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live.

As of 31 October 2026.
